Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Peel the beetroot and slice them thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
  • In a bowl, mix the beetroot slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.
  • Spread the beetroot slices in a single layer on a baking tray.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • Alternatively, if using an air fryer, cook at 160°C (320°F) for 15-20 minutes, checking occasionally until crispy.
