Vegetarian Delight Pizza

Ingredients:


  • 400g of pizza dough
  • 200g of pizza sauce
  • 200g of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100g of bell peppers, sliced
  • 100g of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g of black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 50g of fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Oven
  • Baking tray
  • Mixing bowl
  • Rolling pin
  • Pizza cutter

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness.
  • Place the rolled-out dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Arrange the sliced bell peppers, red onion, and black olives on top of the cheese.
  • Add fresh basil leaves and sprinkle dried oregano over the toppings.
  • Season with a pinch of salt to taste.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into 6 pieces.
