Ingredients:


  • 1 Gluten-free pizza base
  • 1 cup of vegan chicken strips
  • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup of sliced onions
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  • Mixing bowl

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Place the gluten-free pizza base on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.
  • Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Evenly distribute the vegan chicken strips over the cheese.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers and onions over the pizza.
  • Drizzle olive oil on top and season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are golden.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a minute before slicing into 3 servings.
