Ingredients:
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 1 large Potato
- 1 Green Chilli
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 medium Carrot
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 2 Chapatis
- 1/4 tsp Chat Masala
- 50g Paneer
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Pressure Cooker
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the potato, carrot, and onion into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and the green chilli into rings.
- In the pressure cooker, heat the ghee and add the chopped onion. Sauté until translucent.
- Add the chopped potato, carrot, and tomato into the cooker. Stir well and then add just enough water to create steam. Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes on high pressure.
- Once done, release the pressure and open the cooker. Add the green chilli, paneer (crumbled), and chat masala. Mix well and let it cool slightly.
- Take chapatis and spread a layer of tomato ketchup on each one. Spoon the vegetable mixture onto the chapati and roll it up tightly.
