Spicy Vegetable Chapati Rolls

Ingredients:


  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 large Potato
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 Chapatis
  • 1/4 tsp Chat Masala
  • 50g Paneer

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Pressure Cooker

Instructions:


  • Peel and chop the potato, carrot, and onion into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and the green chilli into rings.
  • In the pressure cooker, heat the ghee and add the chopped onion. Sauté until translucent.
  • Add the chopped potato, carrot, and tomato into the cooker. Stir well and then add just enough water to create steam. Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes on high pressure.
  • Once done, release the pressure and open the cooker. Add the green chilli, paneer (crumbled), and chat masala. Mix well and let it cool slightly.
  • Take chapatis and spread a layer of tomato ketchup on each one. Spoon the vegetable mixture onto the chapati and roll it up tightly.
