Ingredients:

  • 100g of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 50g of sliced pepperoni
  • 50g of sliced jalapeños
  • 25g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10g of chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to the highest temperature and place the pizza stone inside to heat up.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  • Transfer the rolled dough onto a pizza peel dusted with flour or cornmeal for easy sliding.
  • Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  • Add the sliced pepperoni and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, and dried oregano evenly over the toppings.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the pizza for extra flavor.
  • Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone in the oven.
