  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

Instructions:


  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the shredded beetroot to the pan and stir well.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beetroot is slightly tender but still crunchy.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm.
