Nutella Cup Brownie without Cocoa Powder

Ingredients:


  • 4 tbsp of Nutella
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions:


  • In a microwave-safe mug, combine 4 tbsp of Nutella and 1 tbsp of sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Add 1 egg to the mixture and stir until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp of flour, 1/8 tsp of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the Nutella mixture until just combined.
  • Add 1 tbsp of vanilla extract and mix gently to incorporate.
  • Microwave the mug on high for 30-40 seconds or until the brownie is set. Be careful not to overcook as it will continue to cook in the mug after being removed from the microwave.
