Crunchy Chocolate Pear Cake

Ingredients:


  • 200g flour
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 pears
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g almond powder
  • 50g of hazelnuts
  • 50g almonds

  • Oven
  • Blender
  • Food Processor

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  • In a blender, mix the ripe bananas and peeled pears until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave or in a double boiler.
  • Then add the sugar and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the eggs one by one while continuing to stir.
  • Add the fruit puree to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
  • Add the flour, almond powder and chopped hazelnuts, then mix until you obtain a smooth dough.
  • Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin.
  • Sprinkle the top with the whole almonds.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until the cake is cooked through and puffed up.
