Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g sugar
- 2 pears
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs
- 50g almond powder
- 50g of hazelnuts
- 50g almonds

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- In a blender, mix the ripe bananas and peeled pears until smooth.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave or in a double boiler.
- Then add the sugar and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the eggs one by one while continuing to stir.
- Add the fruit puree to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
- Add the flour, almond powder and chopped hazelnuts, then mix until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin.
- Sprinkle the top with the whole almonds.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the cake is cooked through and puffed up.
