Avocado toast with eggs

Ingredients:


  • 1 slice of whole grain bread
  • 1 small Avocado (approx. 100g)
  • 1 Egg (approx. 50g)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (approx. 5g)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (approx. 5g)

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Toaster
  • Messer
  • Bowl
  • Gabel

Instructions:


  • Toast the whole wheat bread until golden brown and crispy.
  • Peel the avocado, remove the pit and place it in a bowl.
  • Use a fork to mash the avocado into a creamy mass and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Boil the egg in a pot of water until soft or hard boiled, depending on your preference.
  • Spread the avocado mixture on the toasted bread.
  • Place the boiled egg on the sandwich and season to taste.
  • Drizzle the toasts with a dash of olive oil.
