Strawberry Vanilla Butter Cake

Ingredients:


  • 3 eggs
  • 200g of sugar
  • 100g of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 200ml of milk
  • 250g of flour
  • 150g of strawberries

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Microwave Oven
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:


  • Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly, then add it to the egg and sugar mixture along with the vanilla essence and milk. Mix well.
  • Sift the flour into the mixture and stir until just combined.
  • Chop the strawberries and fold them into the batter gently.
  • Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
  • Bake in the air fryer for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool for a few minutes before removing it from the pan.
  • Serve the cake warm or at room temperature, garnished with additional fresh strawberries if desired.
