Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200g of sugar
- 100g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 200ml of milk
- 250g of flour
- 150g of strawberries

Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly, then add it to the egg and sugar mixture along with the vanilla essence and milk. Mix well.
- Sift the flour into the mixture and stir until just combined.
- Chop the strawberries and fold them into the batter gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
- Bake in the air fryer for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for a few minutes before removing it from the pan.
- Serve the cake warm or at room temperature, garnished with additional fresh strawberries if desired.
