Ingredients:


  • 200g of all-purpose flour
  • 100g of granulated sugar
  • 50g of brown sugar
  • 80g of unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 100g of fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 150g of chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Fold in the chopped strawberries and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
