Ingredients:
- 200g of Hakka noodles
- 1 medium Potato
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 2 tsp of Seasonings (your choice)

Instructions:
- Boil water in a pot on the stove.
- Add the Hakka noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- While the noodles are cooking, peel and dice the Potato into small cubes.
- In a pan, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat and add the diced Potato. Fry until golden and tender, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Add chopped Onion to the pan with the Potato and sauté until the Onion is translucent.
- Chop the Tomato and add it to the pan, stirring everything together for a couple of minutes until the Tomato softens.
- Sprinkle Salt and Seasonings into the pan, mixing well to combine all the flavors.
- Add the cooked Hakka noodles to the pan, tossing everything together for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
