Quick Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients:


  • 200g of bell peppers
  • 150g of broccoli
  • 100g of carrots
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100g of cooked rice

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Chopping Board
  • Knife

Instructions:


  • Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the wok and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and toss everything together, cooking for an additional minute.
  • Serve the stir-fried vegetables over cooked rice, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
