Ingredients:


  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 10 Oreo cookies
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda

    Instructions:


    • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
    • Tear the bread slices into small pieces and add them to the egg mixture. Stir until the bread is soaked.
    • Crush the Oreo cookies and fold them into the mixture, ensuring they're evenly distributed throughout the bread.
    • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture and combine until just blended.
    • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until slightly golden on top and set in the middle.
    • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
