Ingredients:
- 2g of Canned Tuna in Oil
- 6g of Siblou White Tuna in Water Solid
- 300g of Tanour Oat Wrap
- 1000g of Red Lentils
- 900g of Burglar
- 500g of Quinoa
- 400g of Canned Corn
- 800g of Canned Peas
- 500ml of Olive Oil

Instructions:
- Rinse the red lentils and quinoa under cold water.
- In a pot, add the red lentils and 2 liters of water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In another pot, bring water to boil and cook the quinoa as per package instructions until fluffy, about 15 minutes.
- In a pan, heat 100ml of olive oil over medium heat. Add the canned corn and peas, sauté for 5 minutes, then stir in the cooked lentils and quinoa.
- Add the canned tuna, stirring gently to combine all ingredients. Cook for another 5 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay the tanour oat wrap on a flat surface and spoon the tuna and lentil mixture into the center. Roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top.
