Mediterranean Tuna & Lentil Wrap

Ingredients:


  • 2g of Canned Tuna in Oil
  • 6g of Siblou White Tuna in Water Solid
  • 300g of Tanour Oat Wrap
  • 1000g of Red Lentils
  • 900g of Burglar
  • 500g of Quinoa
  • 400g of Canned Corn
  • 800g of Canned Peas
  • 500ml of Olive Oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Blender
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Rinse the red lentils and quinoa under cold water.
  • In a pot, add the red lentils and 2 liters of water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  • In another pot, bring water to boil and cook the quinoa as per package instructions until fluffy, about 15 minutes.
  • In a pan, heat 100ml of olive oil over medium heat. Add the canned corn and peas, sauté for 5 minutes, then stir in the cooked lentils and quinoa.
  • Add the canned tuna, stirring gently to combine all ingredients. Cook for another 5 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay the tanour oat wrap on a flat surface and spoon the tuna and lentil mixture into the center. Roll tightly to form a wrap.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top.
