Garlic Cheddar Pasta Salad

Ingredients:


  • 200g of pasta
  • 2 cups of lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100g of cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Instructions:


  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain well.
  • In a microwave oven, heat the minced garlic in a bowl with a little olive oil for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, heated garlic, diced cucumber, and chopped lettuce.
  • Grate the cheddar cheese and mix it into the salad.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss everything together until well combined.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
