Ingredients:
- 200g of Sugar
- 100g of Brown Sugar
- 150g of Chocolate
- 100g of Chocolate Chips
- 2 tsp of Vanilla Essence
- 50g of Icing Sugar
- 2 cups of Vanilla

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a blender, combine 200g of sugar, 100g of brown sugar, and 2 cups of vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Melt 150g of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a food processor, combine the melted chocolate and the sugar-vanilla mixture. Blend until fully integrated.
- Gradually add 100g of chocolate chips to the mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before icing.
- For the icing, mix 50g of icing sugar with 1-2 tablespoons of water or milk until smooth and spreadable.
- Once the cake is cool, spread the icing evenly on top and decorate with additional chocolate chips, if desired.
