Coconut Paneer Delight

Ingredients:


  • 200g of Paneer
  • 150ml of Coconut Milk
  • 100ml of Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 slices of Bread
  • 50g of Butter
  • 30ml of Lemon Juice
  • 50ml of Vegetable Oil
  • 30ml of Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp of Sea Salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Blender
  • Stove Top
  • Slow Cooker
  • Pressure Cooker

Instructions:


  • In a blender, combine the paneer, coconut milk, milk, eggs, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  • In a bowl, mix the blended mixture with sea salt, adjusting to your taste.
  • In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and coconut oil over medium heat.
  • Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
  • While the mixture is cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Once the mixture has thickened, remove it from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Spread the warm mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
  • Serve immediately, or place in a slow cooker on low heat to keep warm.
