Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 200g of Sugar
- 100g of Butter
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
- 150ml of Milk
- 2 Apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon
- 300g of Flour

Instructions:
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla essence and milk until fully combined.
- In another bowl, combine the flour and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the sliced apples gently into the batter.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 160°C (320°F). Pour the batter into a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
- For an optional glaze, microwave the remaining butter with a sprinkle of sugar and the rest of the cinnamon for about 30 seconds, and pour it over the warm cake before serving.
