Cinnamon Apple Butter Cake

Ingredients:


  • 2 Eggs
  • 200g of Sugar
  • 100g of Butter
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
  • 150ml of Milk
  • 2 Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 300g of Flour

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Microvawe Oven
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla essence and milk until fully combined.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the sliced apples gently into the batter.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 160°C (320°F). Pour the batter into a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
  • Cook in the air fryer for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
  • For an optional glaze, microwave the remaining butter with a sprinkle of sugar and the rest of the cinnamon for about 30 seconds, and pour it over the warm cake before serving.
