  • 150g of chocolate
  • 50g of sugar
  • 200ml of milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions:


  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place it into a saucepan.
  • Add the milk to the saucepan and heat it gently on the stove top, stirring until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until they are light and fluffy.
  • Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg and sugar mixture while continuously whisking to avoid curdling the eggs.
  • Once fully combined, return the mixture to the saucepan and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm or chilled.
