Chocolate Coffee Pancakes

Ingredients:


  • 200g of wheat flour
  • 50g of coffee
  • 300ml of milk
  • 30g of cocoa powder
  • 50g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Instructions:


  • In a bowl, combine the wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well to incorporate the dry ingredients.
  • In another bowl, dissolve the coffee in the milk and add the vegetable oil. Stir until well combined.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan on the stove over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary to prevent burning.
  • Serve warm with your choice of toppings, such as syrup, whipped cream, or fruit.
