Ingredients:
- 200g of tapioca flour
- 200g of potatoes, peeled and diced
- 100ml of milk
- 100g of cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Fresh herbs for garnishing (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Mixing bowl
- Fork
- Spoon
Instructions:
- Boil the diced potatoes in a pot of water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes with a fork.
- Add tapioca flour, milk, grated cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the mashed potatoes. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized rounds or patties.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the formed patties in the Airfryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove the bites from the Airfryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
