Cheesy Tapioca Potato Bites

Ingredients:


  • 200g of tapioca flour
  • 200g of potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 100ml of milk
  • 100g of cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Fresh herbs for garnishing (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Airfryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Fork
  • Spoon

Instructions:


  • Boil the diced potatoes in a pot of water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes with a fork.
  • Add tapioca flour, milk, grated cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the mashed potatoes. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small bite-sized rounds or patties.
  • Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the formed patties in the Airfryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • Once cooked, remove the bites from the Airfryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
