Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 100g of cheese sauce
- 150g of cooked meat (such as chicken or beef)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on a plate.
- Spread the cheese sauce evenly over the top of the bread.
- Layer the cooked meat on top of the cheese sauce.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Place the sandwich in the microwave and heat for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese sauce is warm and bubbly.
- Remove from the microwave and carefully cut the sandwich in half before serving.
