Watermelon & Mint Hydrating Juice

Ingredients:


  • 500g of watermelon, cubed
  • 10g of fresh mint leaves
  • 200ml of cold water
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes

  • Blender
  • Strainer
  • Pitcher
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:


  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
  • In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon and cold water.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp and any remaining seeds.
  • Add lime juice, honey (if using), and fresh mint leaves to the juice; stir well.
  • Serve in glasses over ice cubes, garnished with additional mint leaves if desired.
