Vanilla Butter Pudding Cake

Ingredients:


  • 2 large eggs
  • 150g of sugar
  • 100g of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 200ml of milk
  • 200g of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 50ml of oil

  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:


  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly, then mix it into the egg and sugar mixture.
  • Add the vanilla essence and milk, mixing until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
  • Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until no lumps remain.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix the oil into the batter until incorporated.
  • Pour the batter into a greased microwave-safe dish.
  • Microwave on high for 10-15 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • If using an air fryer, transfer the batter to a suitable dish and cook at 160°C for 20-25 minutes.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
