Ingredients:
- 200g of Brown Sugar
- 100g of Sugar Candy
- 150g of Icing Sugar
- 100g of Sugar
- 75g of Castor Sugar
- 50g of Cane Sugar

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a blender, combine the Brown Sugar, Sugar Candy, and Icing Sugar until well mixed and slightly powdered.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the blended mixture, Sugar, Castor Sugar, and Cane Sugar. Mix until combined.
- Add 200ml of warm water to the sugar mix and stir until all sugars dissolve completely.
- Line a cake tin with parchment paper and pour the sugar mixture into it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the tin. Sprinkle with additional Icing Sugar if desired and serve.
