Sweet Sugar Delight Cake

Ingredients:


  • 200g of Brown Sugar
  • 100g of Sugar Candy
  • 150g of Icing Sugar
  • 100g of Sugar
  • 75g of Castor Sugar
  • 50g of Cane Sugar

  • Blender

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a blender, combine the Brown Sugar, Sugar Candy, and Icing Sugar until well mixed and slightly powdered.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the blended mixture, Sugar, Castor Sugar, and Cane Sugar. Mix until combined.
  • Add 200ml of warm water to the sugar mix and stir until all sugars dissolve completely.
  • Line a cake tin with parchment paper and pour the sugar mixture into it.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the tin. Sprinkle with additional Icing Sugar if desired and serve.
