Instructions:

  • Add the 200g of almonds to the skillet and toast them for about 2-3 minutes until they are slightly golden, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
  • Add the 50g of sugar to the almonds in the skillet.
  • Continue to stir the mixture until the sugar melts and coats the almonds evenly, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the sweetened almonds to a parchment-lined plate to cool completely.
