Sushi-Inspired Shrimp and Tuna Bowl

Ingredients:


  • 200g of Arborio Rice
  • 50ml of Soy sauce
  • 100g of Shrimp
  • 100g of Tuna
  • 1 Nori sheet
  • 1 Avocado

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Sous Vide Machine

Instructions:

  • Cook the Arborio rice according to package instructions, and once cooked, let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Prepare the shrimp in the sous vide machine at 60°C for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside.
  • Slice the tuna into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice into thin pieces.
  • In a bowl, layer the Arborio rice at the bottom, followed by the sous vide shrimp, diced tuna, and avocado slices.
  • Remove the nori sheet from its packaging and cut it into strips, then place on the top of the bowl.
  • Drizzle with soy sauce before serving.
