Ingredients:
- 200g of Arborio Rice
- 50ml of Soy sauce
- 100g of Shrimp
- 100g of Tuna
- 1 Nori sheet
- 1 Avocado

Instructions:
- Cook the Arborio rice according to package instructions, and once cooked, let it cool for a few minutes.
- Prepare the shrimp in the sous vide machine at 60°C for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside.
- Slice the tuna into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice into thin pieces.
- In a bowl, layer the Arborio rice at the bottom, followed by the sous vide shrimp, diced tuna, and avocado slices.
- Remove the nori sheet from its packaging and cut it into strips, then place on the top of the bowl.
- Drizzle with soy sauce before serving.
