Spicy Fried Mixed Non-Veg Delight

Ingredients:


  • 150g of mixed non-vegetarian meat (chicken, prawns, and fish)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, slit
  • 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  • Stir in the garlic and ginger pastes, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  • Add the green chili and mixed non-vegetarian meat to the pan, stirring well to combine.
  • Cook until the meat is browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala over the meat and mix well.
  • Season with salt to taste and cook for another 5 minutes until fully cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
