Ingredients:


  • 1 large Avocado
  • 2 medium Capsicum, diced
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish
  • 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  • In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth and mix in the horseradish, crushed fenugreek seeds, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the diced capsicum to the mixture and mix well until evenly combined.
  • Spoon the mixture onto small pieces of parchment paper, shaping them into bite-sized portions.
  • Place the parchment paper with the avocado mixture into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Enjoy warm as a spicy, healthy appetizer or side dish.
