Savory Potato and Lettuce Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:


  • 100g of butter
  • 1 medium potato
  • 100g of lettuce
  • half a medium tomato
  • 50g of onions

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Wash and peel the potato, then cut it into small cubes.
  • In a bowl, toss the potato cubes with 50g of butter until well coated.
  • Spread the potato evenly on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • While the potatoes are baking, chop the lettuce and half a tomato into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the onions thinly and sauté them in a pan on the stove with the remaining butter until they are translucent.
  • Once the potatoes are ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a minute.
  • In a bowl, combine the crispy potatoes, sautéed onions, chopped lettuce, and tomato. Toss everything together gently to mix well.
