Ingredients:
- 100g of butter
- 1 medium potato
- 100g of lettuce

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and peel the potato, then cut it into small cubes.

- While the potatoes are baking, chop the lettuce and half a tomato into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the onions thinly and sauté them in a pan on the stove with the remaining butter until they are translucent.
- Once the potatoes are ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a minute.
- In a bowl, combine the crispy potatoes, sautéed onions, chopped lettuce, and tomato. Toss everything together gently to mix well.
