Ingredients:
- 200g of white fish fillet
- 50g of flour
- 1 egg
- 30g of breadcrumbs
- 50g of lettuce
- 10g of mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl, season the fish fillet with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Once the fish is cooked, mash it with a fork and mix in mayonnaise and chopped lettuce.
- In another bowl, combine flour and egg to make a dough. Knead until smooth.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into a circle, then place some of the fish filling in the center.
- Fold the dough over to form a bun shape and seal the edges tightly.
- Coat the bun with breadcrumbs and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
