Quick Tomato Onion Salad

Ingredients:


  • 200g of fresh tomatoes
  • 100g of red onion
  • 30ml of olive oil
  • 10g of fresh basil
  • 10ml of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • cutting board
  • knife
  • mixing bowl

Instructions:


  • Chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Finely slice the red onion and add to the bowl with the tomatoes.
  • Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the mixture.
  • Tear fresh basil leaves and toss them in as well.
  • Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  • Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Serve immediately.
