Instructions:


  • Rinse the horse gram thoroughly under cold water.
  • In a small pot, add the rinsed horse gram and water.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove top.
  • Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the horse gram is tender.
  • Stir in salt and honey if desired, and cook for an additional minute.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
