Ingredients:

  • 200g rolled oats
  • 50g almond butter
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 100g blueberries
  • 100g banana
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 30g honey
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and half of the almond butter. Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the liquid.
  • In a separate pan, cook the egg whites on medium heat until fully cooked, stirring occasionally to scramble them.
  • Add the whey protein powder to the Greek yogurt, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  • Once the oats are ready, transfer them to a serving bowl. Top with scrambled egg whites, Greek yogurt mixture, and remaining almond butter.
  • Add fresh blueberries, banana slices, chia seeds, and drizzle honey over the top to finish.
