Ingredients:


  • 100g of rolled oats
  • 40g of sunflower seeds
  • 30g of dried cranberries
  • 20g of pumpkin seeds
  • 10g of honey
  • 10g of unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the honey until it becomes more liquid.
  • Pour the warmed honey into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into the tray, pressing it down firmly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into bite-sized pieces. Keep in an airtight container.
