Ingredients:
- 250g of minced beef
- 200g of puff pastry
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 100g of grated cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced beef, chopped onion, grated cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangular shape.
- Spread the mince mixture evenly over the rolled-out pastry, leaving a small border on the edges.
- Starting from one side, tightly roll the pastry into a log shape. Ensure the filling stays inside as you roll.
- Slice the log into 1.5 cm thick swirls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the swirls with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
