Ingredients:
- 200g of rolled oats
- 50g of almond flour
- 100g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 150g of ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 100g of dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mashed bananas and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten the cookies slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges look firm.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
