Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:


  • 200g of rolled oats
  • 50g of almond flour
  • 100g of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 150g of ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 100g of dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Oven
  • Spoon
  • Measuring cups

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the mashed bananas and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Flatten the cookies slightly with the back of the spoon.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges look firm.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
