Ingredients:
- 100g of unsalted butter
- 150g of granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 75g of all-purpose flour
- 30g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 100g of chocolate ice cream

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and sugar together by stirring.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Scoop out the chocolate ice cream and place dollops of it on top of the brownie batter, leaving some space between each scoop.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the ice cream, spreading it carefully to cover.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
