Decadent Brownie Surprise

Ingredients:


  • 100g of unsalted butter
  • 150g of granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 75g of all-purpose flour
  • 30g of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 100g of chocolate ice cream

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and sugar together by stirring.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • Scoop out the chocolate ice cream and place dollops of it on top of the brownie batter, leaving some space between each scoop.
  • Pour the remaining brownie batter over the ice cream, spreading it carefully to cover.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  • Allow the brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
