- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 150g of ham, diced
- 250ml of chicken stock
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Air Fryer
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, combine the diced ham and grated carrot, mixing well.
- Use a ladle to pour a small amount of chicken stock into the mixture, just enough to moisten it without making it soupy.
- Place a generous spoonful of the ham and carrot mixture onto each lettuce leaf, making sure not to overfill them.
- Carefully roll up the lettuce leaf around the filling to create a wrap and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Arrange the lettuce wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer but not overcrowding them.
- Air fry the wraps for about 7-10 minutes until the ham is crispy and the edges of the lettuce are slightly browned.
- Carefully remove the wraps from the air fryer and serve warm.
