Chicken Olive Oil Pizza

Ingredients:


  • 300g of pizza dough
  • 150g of cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 100g of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 50g of parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 100g of tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • baking sheet

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and place the pizza stone inside to heat up.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  • Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or a floured pizza stone.
  • Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border at the edges.
  • Top with the seasoned chicken, followed by mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the top of the pizza.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing.
