Carrot & Orange Immune Booster Juice

Ingredients:

  • 4 large carrots
  • 2 large oranges
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger (optional)
  • 200ml of water

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Juicer
  • Measuring cup
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into smaller pieces for easier juicing.
  • Peel the oranges and separate them into segments.
  • If using, peel and chop the fresh ginger.
  • Place the carrot pieces, orange segments, and ginger into the juicer and extract the juice.
  • Pour the juice into a measuring cup and add honey for sweetness, stirring to dissolve.
  • If the juice is too thick, add water to reach your desired consistency.
  • Serve the juice in glasses and enjoy fresh.
