  • 100g of spinach
  • 150g of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 200ml of almond milk
  • 30g of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds (ground)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or berry flavored)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:


  • blender
  • measuring cups
  • spatula

Instructions:


  • Add the spinach, mixed berries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, flaxseeds, and protein powder into the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
