Banana Flour Cake

Ingredients:


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 200g of flour
  • 150g of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a blender, puree the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the banana puree, sugar, and sea salt. Mix well until combined.
  • Gradually add the flour and mix until a batter forms.
  • Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool before serving.
