Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, combine the milk and sugar, and heat over medium flame until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Slowly whisk in the flour, ensuring there are no lumps, and continue to stir for a few minutes until the mixture begins to thicken.
  • Once thickened, remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
