Orao Nuttula Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients:

  • 100g of dark chocolate (70% cacao)
  • 50g of unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50g of sugar
  • 30g of all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 30g of crushed orao nuts
  • Butter for greasing ramekin

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Grease a ramekin with butter and dust with flour.
  • In a mixing bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until frothy.
  • Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, stirring gently.
  • Sift in the flour and salt, and fold until just combined.
  • Stir in the crushed orao nuts for added texture and flavor.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin, filling it about 3/4 full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before gently inverting onto a plate.
