  • 200ml of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter (approximately 16g)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional, approximately 7g)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Peel the banana and slice it into smaller pieces.
  • In the blender, combine the banana, protein powder, almond milk, almond butter, and honey.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then pour into a glass and enjoy!
